  We paid $40 for 2 stànd alone burgers, a 4 piece steak basket and 3 ice creams!!! Highway Robbery!!!! Food was cold and cashier forgot our ice creams....bland and wont return! The olden days are gone.

  Salina per my receipt at the drive thru window was rude. With no reason to be. Closed the window on me for no reason instead of explaining or telling me the correct Dairy Queen app to use when id asked about a coupon I had on my app. Then waited 5 plus minutes for food that wasn’t even piping hot it was lukewarm. What was I waiting for if my food wasn’t just made fresh? And to top it off the chicken tasted funny so wasn’t even sure if i should risk eating it. Won’t be going back for sure.

  1/10/26 My family and I come to this location often. Never had I been treated so bad as today by the whole staff. First the cashier: she was rude and mouthy with ugly comments when I was placing my order. Never said thank you. Later I went to the counter again for ice cream for my 4 year old granddaughter. This time I’m assuming the woman at the counter was a supervisor coz she’s wearing a grey company shirt. Another rude encounter. I’m standing right in front of her and I was never acknowledged by her. She finally turns to the drink fountain to pour herself a drink steps back and not a word. My opinion is if you hate your job that bad or you hate working with customers either work in the back or don’t work there at all. Very upsetting visit. I don’t know if I’ll go there again.

  Whomever has glasses and a ton of tattoos is rude! I say this because she was being dismissive of my concern. im extremely disappointed and deeply unsatisfied. To be overcharged for items that missing /non-existent and tasting funny is unacceptable. But If you're using a cheap ingredients, just say that
