The food quality itself was fine, but they forgot the guacamole on one (which costs extra, of course), forgot toppings on two other bowls in our order, and then added an extra kind of salsa to one as well. It's like they didn't even read the order ticket.

How do you just tell people you don’t have anything when you still have basically 2 hours left? The attitude, the extra slim servings. Can’t serve proper portions, but then overload the rice to take space in the bowl. I know it’s rough because this is Lubbock, but gosh the service doesn’t have to be this bad.
