However the last several times I have visited this located after about 10:00 they seem to be ready to leave. For example I got here at 10:10 pm stood in line and noticed the grill was shutdown and they were cleaning it. The line was long and by the time I got up there they had 0 steak, a little chicken, 0 black beans and tried to refuse to give me rice. If the location is open until 11:00 then service should be provided til 11:00 pm unless our food gets discounted for being cold and half full bowls.

She made my bowl perfectly, paid attention to the portions, and didn’t rush me even though the line was moving quickly. What really stood out was her positive attitude — she was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my order was right. It’s rare to see that level of customer service, especially during a busy shift. Brianna definitely made my visit better, and employees like her are the reason I’ll keep coming back!

It looks good❗ With that being said, what is up with all the moody, snobby girls who work here❓ I've been twice over a few days to get food for my lady and it's like talking to a wall. Zero personality, no smiles. Do these employers treat these guys like numbers cause me the customer got treated like less. My first time going they didn't give me guacamole as I asked. Maybe I should have stayed and hovered over my bowl being made instead of moving to choose my next item. Next time I go my lettuce and pico gets left off🤔. Felt very intentional cause I'm standing there looking. Surprised me❗This very consistent attitudes, behaviors and dismissals do not make me want to come back and give you $16.09 for a bowl. Oh yeah, they didn't hand me any eating utensil either. Is this how they do things at Chipotle ❓
