It was Sunday night. They were not busy. Chicken wings were ordered…not something unusual. It took 35-40 minutes to get food. A regular tea was ordered with lemons. What was brought was tea with lemonade in it…ultimately sweet tea. FOUR times the waiter attempted to get it right. FOUR times he failed so a water was ordered. The bill came and included $4(give or take) for that tea. When asked to have it removed from the bill, the manager refused. Never inquired about why…just refused and said the tea was delivered to the table. I have lived in Wolfforth for 4 years now and had seen the reviews of this location, so I had never gone. They were mostly older reviews and there was a gift card so we gave it a chance. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. This location is awful. The service and the manager are terrible. Will NEVER go back.

Phew. Christmas Day, BWW… we got there a little before 6. They were not very busy and we were greeted right away to put in our order. 5 adults and 5 children, so it was a pretty big group. I ordered our two 2 year olds meals while ordering drinks, knowing it might take a bit to receive the food… that way they can eat and not have to wait a substantial amount of time. 20 or so minutes later, the rest of our table placed their order.
Here’s the kicker- an hour and a half later our two year olds have not received their kids meals, but HALF of our entire table received their food. Within the time gap of ordering and half of our table receiving their food (minus the 2 year olds) I checked in with the server four times about the two kids meals. Each time she said that it’s because kitchen was busy- understandable. However, three other tables surrounding us ordered quite a while after we did and had eaten and left already. I asked four times for the ticket to see when our two kids meals had been placed, until finally the manager came and spoke to me.
Two and a half hours later, the manager said it was a server error or the kitchen just didn’t receive the order. In response to me asking for the ticket on when the kids meals were placed- she said that they cannot pull the ticket since it was put in over two hours ago.
In all, we were told the kitchen only received 5 out of our 10 meals (by the manager). The server told me that another table must’ve received our order. We reordered our five missing meals and also placed a to go order for a relative who stayed home. That one to go order was the only meal that was reduced from the ticket. Manager said since we received our food (2 1/2 hours later) we would need to pay full price. BEYOND frustrated because the whole point of advocating and getting frustrated was to get the two toddlers FED and they were the last to receive their meal.. well them, my sister, two of her children and myself (8 months pregnant) received our meal an hour after the other half of our group.
Three other tables in our area were being waited by the same server and were frustrated as well because she was missing for a substantial amount of time and no communication. One table of six even left without paying their drinks and appetizers after reaching out to staff multiple times.
I’m not a complainer. I am very particular about respect and graciousness. However, tonight was handled HORRIBLY even given the fact that we were respectful and understanding that it’s a holiday- they are busy. Please just give our two year olds their chicken first. It was as of normal business, no guests were waiting for a seat. Several tables were in and out. But what happened with us and why were we taken care of by having our one to go order reduced? We did not receive an apology or any sympathy from the manager. Her only response is that the kitchen had an hour to and hour and a half wait time on food.

Me and my girlfriend went in to get a couple of drinks. Waited at the bar for 15 then switched sides hoping someone would serve us. Waited another 15 mins and eventually left got tired of being walked by and ignored. Seems like they were having their own party in the back.
