  I understand when it starts getting late but if you come at 2am why be out of stuff... It took about 10 minutes just for the waitress to order the food then about 30 for the food to come out and when it did my wins were cold. When I asked for them to be redone I was asked if I wanted new ones or to just warm them up... I said wanted to then asked for them to go. Nope but sorry I will not be coming back to this establishment again....

  I had joe as my server and the manger came up to him and was cussing at him because he was handing me my check.the manager reeked like alcohol and appeared to be on some kind of substance and kept picking at his nose. Tables were left unattended for 20+ minutes. Would not recommend to anybody.after he finished yelling and cussing at Joe he told him to go home and clock out because he was finishing his service with us .

  While I realize that the BOGO promotion will make for a very busy restaurant, the restaurant should plan for this. Service was very slow. They had a college basketball game on that was way too loud. It was so loud I could not hear my wife sitting 2 ft away from me. It will be a while before I visit the 19th Street location.

  Service was not the greatest. Upon entering the restaurant has an ugly smell like a soda spill or something like that but from days ago (possibly under the rugs, once I got to sit down and saw the drink station area it kinda explained why it smelled like that. Restaurant seems dirty as shown in the first picture and also there was few staw pieces by the bench (waiting area). To explain the second picture It represents the reality of customer service. A customer walked in a little after me, stood there waiting about 8 mins and left without being attended. Then the phone starts ringing for about 20 seconds multiple times and seems like no one cared to answer the phone (possible sales). In general it seems like this restaurant (location) doesn't care about cleanliness, customer Service or even quality of food at all. My experience ( Same day, same time) Got to the store 15 mins after placing my order online and got told that they barely got the order and it will take an extra 10 mins. Fine I'll wait, waiting usually means freshly made, hot, good quality etc etc. 14 mins has passed and a worker happen to walk to go to the restroom and notice I am there waiting asked me if I have been helped and I said yes waiting on my order. She went to the back and I hear she started bagging an order etc. Once I received the food and got to the car it was kinda warm but not even hot.

  Worst place ever point blank period! How are you going to have a sign that says open bar and dinning then not acknowledge the party that came in and sat themselves. 4 waiters plus manager on duty in the dinning area who literally walked passed US several times! (A little hi we'll be right with you would have been nice) Place wasn't even busy at all (11 pm on a Saturday night), all we wanted were some drinks but get treated like we weren't even there. Pretty sad when you have to walk to the bar to place an order and pay for some drinks (to take back to the table you sat yourself at) and when that happend the bartender seemed very disorganized like she didn't know what to do. (Once coming back to the dinning area with our drinks we finally are acknowledge 30 mins later after arriving) This location has fallen so bad! Maybe you should hire reliable people or train the whole staff at this location the proper way so they know what customers service is. Never again will I be stepping foot into this place.
