We notified the employee and she just flicked the roaches off then proceeded making our ice cream/shakes. She never cleaned the equipment, changed gloves or washed hands. We just walked out and went to DQ. To see German roaches like that the place has to be infested.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
