- RHR HernandezOct 24, 20251.0Customer service sucks I ordered online for curbside pickup and they forgot two 24 packs of ozarka water and I went back in I didn’t leave the store I checked before I drove off and I told the lady can you give me my water and she made a big deal at of it and made me wait so she could check the cameras to look and make sure I wasn’t lying. And then after making me wait and she didn’t even apologize and told me ok you can go it after you accuse me of lying. This isn’t the first time they forget stuff all the time. I always shop at Amigos because it’s convenient but this will be last time I shop at Amigos. Their food sucks too don’t buy from the kitchen last time I ordered a torta it tasted horrible. The chicken is horrible too all hard and dry.
