  Usually love this place but today we went and ordered my husband one of his favorite drinks. The total came out to six dollars. I gave the cashier guy a $10 bill. He looked at me and was like “so do you want your change” and I said “yes please”. We’re always usually tippers, but we truly believe it’s relies on service and usually when they give me my change, I hand something back in this case with his attitude due to me not tipping. I wasn’t going to give him any change. He proceeded to be rude. told him thank you and ignored me! I will say I’m baffled by the behavior! Definitely don’t feel bad for not tipping

  A little disappointed in this trip 1 the staff was friendly and quick but I went for the free kids drink and postcard - but I didn’t take my kid as he’s a teenager and sleeping but wanted to surprise him! I was told I couldn’t get the drink and postcard unless the child was in the car with me … but it doesn’t say that on any of your collateral, just says with a purchase.

  More recently have noticed the atmosphere feels rushed & unfriendly. Had to go back and get a drink fixed asked the lady to throw the bad one away for me and she said No she couldn’t throw it away for me. No idea why she couldn’t walk 3 feet inside and throw it in the trash can but she refused.
