Every time I come in it’s a 20 minute line, the employees move with the urgency of a wounded snail. Food is fine. Service is absolutely terrible. This will be my last trip to this location. Doesn’t seem like the owner cares, as it’s clear from other reviews most people have the same experience.

I received two scoops with one employee and I receive just one scoop with another and then when I try to clarify and ask if the one scoop was double protein, they just stare at me and nod passive aggressively and don’t really offer any kind of feedback. They’ve got profane rap music playing in the back with children present in the restaurant. I just don’t really find my experience today to be very professional.

Also there were two employees standing there on their phones and it was busy. The main reason for this review is the rice. We ordered two bowels to go and when we tried to eat, the brown rice was all hard. Like it's been there for a while. I expected better.
