  Really great place they were open after the George Strait concert which was really nice. We were able to get food and take it back to our hotel.

  So to start, I 100% love chick fil a food. But this location has major issues. First off, of there are more than 5 cars in the drive up, better plan on waiting for a LONG TIME. Slowest drive thru service ever here. Second, the last food i ordered was a breakfast biscuit, and it was plain disgusting. The biscuit itself was soggy, the chicken tasted like it was 6 days old, and the hash browns were full of oil and just plain gross. I literally had one bite of each, and the them out. The sweet tea was pretty good however. All I can say is this location needs some work on not only their food, but the speed of service, which is an outright joke.

  Biggest waste of 15 minutes in my life. Queued in a line of cars marked on the pavement as "drive thru" and waited in line like normal and waited for someone to take my order. Found it weird that no one was serving my line, so I figured they would take my order at the intercom like any other drive thru. Finally got to the front of the line and it turned out that I needed some app that I didn't have installed to order food. No one ended up taking my order, so after waiting in line for 15 minutes I left. I also noticed that the other cars that were in front of me ended up looping back and rejoining the other line, so I assume that they had a similar experience. If only one drive thru lane is going to be served, that should be clearly and explicitly indicated at the start of the line.

  I ordered through the app from this location today to have food delivered for myself, my boss and another coworker. They farmed the delivery out to Door Dash, and when the dasher arrived with the food most of the order was missing. All of the sauces were missing for the food that we did receive. The dasher called the store to try to resolve the issue and they said there was nothing that they could do. The dasher was even willing to go back to the store to pick up the rest of the order but they wouldn't help us, they just said that there was nothing that they could do. I did get a partial refund from Door Dash for the items that I didn't receive.

  Wasted ten mins to not be served they had already got a 100$ order wrong before me still preparing food after opening 15-20 mins ago very ill prepared won’t be returning only in town for a business trip
