- AAAshley ArguellezApr 7, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location in the mall. The employee taking our order, Bivi, made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the start. She repeatedly rolled her eyes while we were ordering and had a very dismissive attitude. When we asked what time the mall closed, she responded rudely and again rolled her eyes. It only got worse when my daughter politely asked for an extra Chick-fil-A sauce—after only being given two for a $30 order that included multiple meals. We also asked for an extra ranch, and she seemed visibly annoyed just for asking. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic customer service and respect should still be expected. This experience definitely did not reflect the usual friendliness Chick-fil-A is known for.
