  Placed an online order for curbside. After the app notified me that the a team member was on the way, I wated longer than 5 mins- under 10 mins and i had to walk inside to ask for my order just to find out it was put at the take out shelve and was just sitting there while team members were judt chatting. I leave a 3 star review since this is not my first issue at this location but it is my 1st review.

  My wife went to pickup via drive through, the receipt even shows the grild chicken rap that was ordered, but when she got home it was not a grilled chicken rap, it was a side salad. So, first question, how do you mistakenly grab a side salad vs. a rap, second question, why is it that Chick-fil-A does not see any of this to be their fault? When I called to get them to bring what I ordered I got informed that they do not deliver anymore, they stopped that just as quick as they started, and that if I wanted the rap I had to come get it. I have 3 broken ones in my ankle right now and they were so advised of this but it did not matter. The manager said essentially that my wife eith had to take the portion of the order that was right and try to eat it on the way back to get the incorrect portion or leave hers here to get cold while she went to get mine. So I can assure you this Chick-fil-A, I nor anyone else that works for the TDCJ(TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRMINAL JUSTICE) Will be eating at your establishment again. You may be lucky since I know that even law enforcement gets the same discounts there and I do not let all my buddies about how generous you were to correct a blatant error on your part as small as "a mispulled item" as you called it! Hope you enjoy the loss of our revenue due to your laziness!

  First off lemme say there was no chicken on salad , employee didn't say my pleasure overall not a good visit definitely could do better 😕

  I just went by at 10:26 a.m. and tried to order Mac and cheese and fries and the lady doing the drive through said I couldn’t but ended up taking the car behind me order for lunch. This was for my sons lunch so I had to go through the drive thru then get off just to have to leave bc they only had one person on the front register. I left and went to raising canes so yeah…worse experience ever
