We notified the employee and she just flicked the roaches off then proceeded making our ice cream/shakes. She never cleaned the equipment, changed gloves or washed hands. We just walked out and went to DQ. To see German roaches like that the place has to be infested.

It was mostly ok, however, the last time I went every worker literally seen me standing at the register waiting for help and they just ignored me. No "Hello" " I'll be there in a moment". After a very long while I called out to the young woman who appeared to be bossing people around and she looked so mean n rudely got a young man to help me. He expressed himself being overwhelmed and stressed out. He was decent enough to get my order. I'm glad there's a second location. Hopefully, that one will be better. Customer service across the board has gotten very poor but it's getting worse.

Finally gave up and drove through the window. Surprisingly they had the flavor I wanted but no waffle cones. I think the same person or persons have the franchise for the 2 remaining BR in Lubbock because they have both have gone to crap.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
