  The drive through is mad there is customers and he has to work the window. Absolutely hostile to the customer for asking for ketchup. Foods ok but the French dip sauce was only about enough to cover the bottom. Must have been his personal stash of ketchup because for 3 orders of fries we got 2 ketchup packets. Then asking for the correct drink was a whole other issue. Guess two comes and a dr pepper was an insult to is ancestors because “all we have is coke” and at that point we’re to tired from his temper tantrum to try and get anything thing else correct. A meal of utter disappointment served lukewarm from Arby’s drive through.

  This place is busy at lunch but it's clean food is fresh and hot. The lady in drive thur was super sweet. The drinks on other hand was gross the syrup was out so had to stop and get something else. The French dip with the garlic aoili add is awesome.

  Food was good but the customer service today at 7pm was very poor. No greeting or anything friendly at all. Wow!

  My only complaint is that I was not given any sauce for my Togo order. I didnt think to check and ots not offered on the counter. I drove 43 minutes to get home so going back for some was not an option.

  Tried the new Renaissance French Dip and it was very tasty. Drive through service however was horrible. Person at speaker greeted then left. Sat at the window a very long time for fast food.
