  I absolutely love 7 brew. However this location has been terrible each time I have come here.

  If I could give no stars I would this location is terrible but I go here cause its closer to my house. However today is monday 9am its always busy at this time and a few of the girls. Instead of getting the orders out they were holding up the line talking to there friend in a vehicle she had already had her order. A few employees walked and sat there and talked held up the line people have to get to work they can chit chat later. Just rude

  When I was going to get my coffee yesterday from 7 brew after my classes like I usually do early in the afternoon on March 20th one of the employees was rather rude. It was pretty upsetting as I was having a rough day already and on top of that I didn’t need the attitude from an employee at one of my favorite coffee spots. I was very disappointed with my experience the rest of the staff is usually pretty great about being friendly and seem to love their job. Not sure what her name was but I believe she was Hispanic. hopefully experiences like this don’t continue.

  My drink was made wrong two days in a row. However, I’m not even upset about the drink I’m more upset with how the second guy handled it. He was rude and told me next time I need to ask for it a certain way, which I did. He wouldn’t know that because he didn’t take my order. This seems to be an issue every time I come to this location I never have problems at any other location, just this one. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability were disappointing. People are paying customers, and customer service matters just as much as the drink.
