  Got to millers at 9:20 and ordered by 9:30. Did not receive food until 10:30. For context I know it is breakfast. We ordered a 12” Philly sub, a bbq chicken quesadilla which we had a coupon for but the lady did not take off so we actually paid for something that was supposed to be free, and a 12” pizza. Now if you can’t make these items at this time of morning or it is going to take longer I totally understand but informing me of such would’ve been a courtesy I would have liked to have. We sat for an hour. No one came to us and said we are working on your order, no one checked on us, no one did anything for us. That is a gross incompetence that should not happen. My wife and I were supposed to go eat with my daughter at school but we couldn’t because of the extreme amount of time the food took. I’m am extremely disappointed in the apparent lack of caring for us and the fact that not one person could come talk to us. While their deli meats and cheeses are very good and very nicely priced I won’t be spending my money there ever again. Millers won’t be losing much money because it is out of the way for us so I doubt they will care but I can’t ever justify driving 45 minutes to give money to people that do not care enough to at least say I’m sorry your food is taking a while but we are working on it

  If you want all-natural homemade goods at reasonable prices without all the store bought added by products, go to Millers.

  If your looking for awesome: food, baked goods, and deli items this is the store. They offer bulk spices, oats, etc if you like to bake. This store takes me back to visiting Amish locations in Central Ohio.
