    This location is CLOSED for Christmas 12/15/2025. If you pull up, you will hear the automated message asking for your code but it is just automated. Please do not think the location is open and have a great Christmas!

    genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve had going to a mcdonald’s, of all places. seriously, how do you mess up a mcdonald’s? it’s been around since forever and they still haven’t mastered it. sloppy service, they basically scam you out of a refund here. i ordered a frappe and i never received it because the machine was broken so i asked for a refund right? they told me to speak to the damn manager and they said he was busy on the phone. for. 30. minutes. was i supposed to wait or something? heck no, just decided to leave and never return again. also thanks for slobbering mayonnaise all over my sandwich

    This location is easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the valley, idk what this location is doing to its workers but something needs to change. On every level it’s a nightmare, mistakes I don’t mind but mistakes with attitude, unwillingness to fix it, and cold food straight from the window ruins this place for me. I try to avoid this location and the island one like the plague. You’re better off waiting until San Benito or Brownsville if you want McDonald’s. I’m sure the workers don’t like being in such awful moods and angry all the time, I blame management and how they run it into the ground.
