    This location is easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the valley, idk what this location is doing to its workers but something needs to change. On every level it’s a nightmare, mistakes I don’t mind but mistakes with attitude, unwillingness to fix it, and cold food straight from the window ruins this place for me. I try to avoid this location and the island one like the plague. You’re better off waiting until San Benito or Brownsville if you want McDonald’s. I’m sure the workers don’t like being in such awful moods and angry all the time, I blame management and how they run it into the ground.

    I went to get a happy meal for my daughter and there system was down around 7:45pm but the sad thing was when the cashier started speaking in Spanish which she was bad at it so I told her you can speak English and then she turns to the other employees and yells I told you she does speak English, I just turn around and left the store because I not a person that want to start something but you do need to speak to your employees about discrimination because they thought it was funny and that is rude

    Got food poisoning after eating from here missing items in my order as well and took very long for the things to come out never coming to this place

    Want to thank Emily and the staff at McDonald’s for helping my wife retrieve her purse. They are very helpful and reassuring after we left the purse in one of the booths. Thank you to whoever turned it in and for the staff for being so efficient.
