  Mobile ordered and they forgot one of my foods, not that big of a deal understand those things happen asked to have what I was missing. They argued with me saying I was not missing anything but in fact I was. They all had attitudes and tossed my food around. When I was leaving trying to be nice. Told them to have a good day and they told me “ alright Mr. I am missing something” Honestly pretty sad not too long ago I went up to whoever was working a few months ago just to tell them how good they were doing. I really hope they can get that customer service back!

  I ordered 2 nacho fries from this location last night and they tasted like METAL! Why? Did y’all change the seasoning or something? This needs to be fixed because those fries are not cheap and shouldn’t taste like a pan of metal!! Yuck!!

  Took over 45 mins for our food to come out to the front because all they were worried about was getting their drive times down. Maybe if we stayed on top of things, it wouldn’t get so backed up you have 10 cars in drive and 20 people standing in your lobby. Orders should not be labeled as priority due to where it was placed and how. It should be done by when the customer places that order. No professionalism what so ever either.

  I ordered three baja blast and they tasted disgusting the sprite is out and this same thing happened last time I went they need keep up the the sodas and check every few hours to see if there out this is ridiculous

  Food was great and everything was groovy. I got home and realized my debit card wasn’t in my wallet so I decided to give Taco Bell a call because that’s the last place I was at. I called them, a guy picked up and I asked “hey did I leave a debit card there” the guy responds lazily “I don’t know. Let me check” and was left on the phone for nearly 10 minutes with no response at all. Awful job on that guy and that guy only. Didn’t catch his name but I mean come on bro.
