  This has seriously got to be the worst sonic ever. The service is so slow even with maybe one other car on the parking lot. The stalls are falling apart, wires are hanging down over the stall roof. They didnt have sweet tea made the other day and they still had over 3hrs til close. Today it took almost 30 minutes to make 2 shajes. I hate to say it but it really is a bad sonic to go to.

  I just tried the Sonic Smasher All American Burger from Sonic Drive-In Gilmer road near Pizza Hut and honestly… huge disappointment. The wait time was way longer than what they advertise, and when I finally got my food, it wasn’t even worth it. The burger was dry, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting way too long. No flavor, no juiciness just a letdown from start to finish. When you’re paying for fast food, you expect it to at least be fresh and decent. This was neither. Definitely not something I’d order again. Order monitors are non working. You pull up and you have to move and hope the next one is working. Not Acceptable!! The carhop was super nice I hope she’s getting paid better than the food taste. Step it up, Sonic

  I came in the other night and I had to wait for my food (which I’m fine with). They were obviously understaffed and they were still nice and respectful. I’m pretty sure the woman at the windows name was Jae, and she was exceptional. I asked for extra sauce and she didn’t even hesitate to give me some. My food was hot and fresh! I will be coming to this sonic from now on because she just made the experience a 10/10 even though I had to wait it didn’t even feel like I waited long.

  What the actual heck is this? Why is it that it takes 20-30 minutes to make 4 dollar menu items when your virtually empty, then they end up being the skimpiest, smallest wraps I've ever gotten!? There's only reason theres so much cheese sauce is cause I paid EXTRA for it! Horrible and it isn't the first time I've had to wait unreasonably long for barely any items, nor the first time I've gotten items this tiny and not worth paying money for! And not only that, but there's no way to report incorrect or bad orders without calling the store directly! Corporate needs to put a way to report in the app, this is getting ridiculous. Not everyone goes to stores in their home city and not everyone is able to go back to the store that wronged them. Edit: my burger tasted like it'd been sitting the whole time i was waiting and I ordered it with onions and didn't get onions on it! I'm glad the other instructions were listened to, since I'm allergic to tomatoes, or we would have had actual problems here. Our whole order and experience was horrible.
