A steakhouse should be an ‘dining experience’ vs a ‘fast food experience’, I ordered my beer and food all at once, my dinner arrived in like 2 mins, before my salad and before my beer….then they dropped the bread off half way through the meal. The think their leadership should work through “how to improve the dining experience”, paying the bill took longer than the meal. But I gave 5 stars because the food was good and the waiter Joshua was great (he was even shocked on the kitchen’s speed.
