    Early morning is always a mess. Waited 10 minutes for the horsing around to stop just to buy a large drink. No ice and no tea... Y'all need to do better in the morning. This isn't the first time but it is the last for me. Day time crew has their shit together, morning time you suck

    12/30/2025 @ 11:20 I understand the food took a while, kind of, but they asked for my ketchup preference and didn't even add the ketchup. I keep extras so it's of not of much concern to me but I shouldn't have to check my bag each time for things to be done right. It's not the first time this happens either.

    Had to wait 20 minutes for a biscuit and gravy. Staff totally rude when I asked how much longer. Will never stop at this location again.

    This was the slowest whataburger line I have ever waited in. We ordered 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich, and 4 fries. There is no reason that our drive-thru order should have taken longer than 30 minutes. About 3 cars that were behind us in line got their food before us. The wait time was absolutely horrible.
