  I travel here from Gladewater because the White Oak location is absolutely pitiful. They're kind, quick and my order is always hot and fresh. ✌️

  I had an awful experience with an employee, I’m assuming she was management. I went in and asked for my order and she handed me the order. I confirmed the order on my device and began to walk away. She began yelling telling me I have to show her my device. I was walking to the door. She began yelling even louder and demanding the food back. She followed me outside continuously yelling and I turned around and asked her to leave me alone. She then begin to yell saying I was no longer welcome and begin to write my license plate number down. At this point, I feel uneasy and I asked her to call the cops and have me CT as she stated. She was demanding my name and told me she was going to get me fired from door dash. She went into the store I went in to get her name so I could report her. Another employee told me I was no longer allowed to door dash there. I told him that I needed her name. I left and have never been treated as a their and so unprofessional at this establishment. The order was late to the customer and I had to explain. Following me and being aggressive is very unprofessional as a manager. Threatening to have me lose a job is diabolical. I will no longer enter this establishment.

  Judson Road Taco Bell has improved alot because I wasn't a fan at all but however food & services has been great so far and I don't have to drive to high street just for taco bell.

  I wouldn’t eat here if I was starving. I watched a young man who couldn’t keep his pants up keep pulling his underwear up with his gloves on! Plus there was like 10 staff on shift and I wasn’t even acknowledged once. Stood here for 10 plus mins before I got a snobby “can I help you” they all knew I was standing there.
