  I was told we couldn’t have a high chair at the end of a booth. Ate at restaurants for years, weeks, months. I have never been told there is a regulation and we couldn’t sit in a booth. Because you can’t have high chairs there so put Everyone but is very very sad . Family from out of town thanks

  Great dinner, but an odd complaint. A steakhouse should be an ‘dining experience’ vs a ‘fast food experience’, I ordered my beer and food all at once, my dinner arrived in like 2 mins, before my salad and before my beer….then they dropped the bread off half way through the meal. The think their leadership should work through “how to improve the dining experience”, paying the bill took longer than the meal. But I gave 5 stars because the food was good and the waiter Joshua was great (he was even shocked on the kitchen’s speed.

  Went having a good time and the management had an issue with us being friendly to people. Saying they would no longer serve us due to complaints but everyone (customers) was friendly and great conversation but because one of the managers didn't like how we were being even though we were friendly and even though the waiter had no issues with us she still was not a happy person!

  My family and I went to this restaurant for a good steak meal. The service was great, the atmosphere while a bit noisy was ok also. For the most part everyone had a great plate of delicious food. My plate however was missing half of what I ordered. I talked with the waiter and he let me see that he did indeed order all of the items. He checked the kitchen twice to no avail. So in the end those items were removed and he was given a good tip, all of this was not his fault.

  We had a wonderful dining experience at Saltgrass Steak House in Longview, Texas. Tina was our waitress, and she provided superb service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It’s always refreshing to have someone take such great care of their guests. Tina truly made our visit enjoyable, and we appreciate the excellent service she provided. We will definitely be back!
