    We asked for our sandwiches to be toasted. One came out iceberg cold and the other was luke warm, if that. The broccoli and cheese soup was almost cold. When we asked for the sandwiches to be toasted, as we ordered them, you would have thought we asked for them to hold up the traffic on the loop. SMH. Service has been better in the past, but not today.

    I enjoy the opportunity to order from the table. Then I can hold the table for the rest of my party while they order and our meals are done at nearly the same time.

    Ordered a hot sandwich ,the ciabatta Cheesesteak, that was the worst sandwich I have ever tasted. It was very sloppily put together and there was very minimal meat, the cheese was cold and the flavor was horrendous. Possibly the Longview location is the problem. Im definitely going to stick with McAlister’s Deli from now on.
