  Went to this McDonalds after my daughter basketball game fried was half full not even warm. I ask if I could get what I paid for, gave me the same fries back I go inside the establishment and the employees thinks it’s funny! I asked to get an order of basket of fries and employee Told me to just pour the ones I had into the basket! That’s not what I wanted! Paid for a basket of fries and they was old and not fresh nor warm!

  Wouldn't answer the drive thru. Manager walked off when trying to speak to her like she didn't care. And the food took forever to be served abs all i wanted was an orange juice. I had to wait over 10 minutes for just that.

  This is for the new location on Estes pkwy this morning at 6:15am. Older lady at the drive through gave me the wrong drink order. After she gave me the correct one she left then came back and asked what else I wanted. I told her I haven't gotten my food yet. She responded and said she already gave me my order. I said nope. After she finally gave me my order and I was driving off she told me in Spanish that she knew that I was stealing food like I didn't know what she was saying. I speak Spanish so I understood. It also ended up being the wrong order but I ate it because I didn't want to go back and deal with her again. I know orders get mixed up but accusing customers of stealing food is unacceptable. This lady does not need to be dealing with customers at all.

  I’ve been to some bad McDonald’s locations before but this one is a literal disaster. People giving out orders that can’t comprehend what’s on the screen. Stare blankly at you when you try to get your order straighten out. Then to get handed the wrong order AGAIN. I paid for up charges on a caramel latte and it was just a cup of milk. Wrong size nothing extra I paid for. Left the place because we simply couldn’t deal with the ignorance for another second.

  Food was great, just wish I woud have gotten what I ordered. Ended up eating it because I went all the way home and wasn't going back. And they had the audacity to make me pay for something I odessa that they did t add to my bill the first time. Their mistake but I still had to pay for it. Just an orange juice but still bs. Gwt people that speak and understand English please. Not a hater, but English would be better at the cou ter.
