Pulled forward & found a lady who seemed to be on drugs, working inside. She was playing with her phone, putting chapstick on, moving her head & lips nonstop. Confronts me at the window & stated the drive thru was closed because the temperature was going to be below freezing but we could come & dine in. "We have the right to close the drive-thru if we want". Very rude & unhappy to see customers. Makes me not ever want to go back!!!

There will be only 3 cars in parking lot , so can’t be that busy . This is why places shut down , people show up just for a check .
