They put whatever, take your payment and when they give you your drinks, unfortunately they are wrong every dang time!!! So frustrating because we wasted $16 on wrong drinks! And then they do not properly mark the SF drink so we couldn't drink either drink!! Very dangerous to hand a diabetic a drink thats not properly made. - ASAna SurianoOct 23, 20251.0This is the third time I've been to this location for the last 3 weeks and had issues every time. I stopped by today to do a large order for an account in the area. They charged me for 10 drinks but only gave me 9 drinks. When I got to my account that's when I realized there was a drink missing because someone didnt get their drink. I called their location twice but no answer, it was a corporate number. After the meeting finished, I had to drive across town to get the cc charges corrected. I waited in line for a bit to speak with someone, they credited the account but never once offered anything for the inconvenience for having to drive back up there to correct the issue or the person who didn't receive their drink like they were suppose to. Ive heard many things about this location about the customer service not being up to par. It is true, I drive to a lot of 7brews in the area for my accounts. There are much better locations that will take care of you better than Longview. Try Kilgore, Henderson, Tyler, Palestine - they actually care about their customers and will take care of you.
