  Ordered take out had a French dip no dipping sauce no Arby's sauce no horseradish sauce no napkins.I do not want to eat my sandwich without anything on it so no dinner for me . Thanks Arby's for doing a terrible job

  Susan is single handedly the best GM I’ve met at at any restaurant. Very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. 10/10 would come again.

  Went there for a quick bit with my husband and ordered a beef n cheddar without the red ranch. Got a burger instead of the sandwich. My husband went back in to get the correct sandwich and they messed up again forgetting to leave off the red ranch. They also gave my husband attitude when he went back in telling him he wasted two burger when they were the ones who made it wrong. The manger was extremely rude and did not seem to care that the order was messed up twice.

  First off I couldn't get food because the person working the drive thru was outside the restaurant on the phone arguing with someone. I waited 12 minutes at the drive thru menu before I finally left. You would think there was more people working but I guess not. The girl had the headset in her hand while yelling on her phone. I will never return to this location. I missed most of my lunch break because I had to go somewhere else to get food.
