They ran out of strawberry Matcha, so Savannah held my hand with walking me through how to order a replacement that they personally modified for me, and Jana just had the biggest smile and such bright energy. These Ladies deserve recognition, bonuses, and/or a promotion. It was very clear through their behavior and tone, that they were just happy to be of service, present, and care about the quality of service they provide. Employees can make a break a business/atmosphere. Definitely pour into your Staff, which I’m sure you already are! But thanks for making my day a bit brighter. All I wanted was a Matcha, and I walked away with a bit of inspiration to go with it <3

Whether you like coffee, you don’t like coffee you like tea you like water you like the new refresher drinks they have there is literally something for everyone at this place. If you can have sugar, if you can’t have sugar, it’s still friendly for whatever your needs are. The staff is always friendly and they always go above and beyond especially the morning girls Kim and Ada! They always go above and beyond to help people and to make sure you feel welcome even when they’re completely busy! if you ever have questions or need information about something or just don’t know what to get Kim is always willing and able to help and you can tell she really loves her job! She’s made us feel so very welcome in there and she’s part of the reason we come back all the time!
