On Oct.29-2025 I was at this Sonic Drive-In and I don't know how to write this review. But it needs to be done. I don't care if no one reads it or cares how things were done at this store. I was in there around 9:00 am to get coffee and the GM Mary brought it out to me and pushed it into my hand like she was mad. I let it go and thought it was because she was the only one there. But when I came back through around 12:55 to 1:00 pm and stopped for lunch the woman that took my order was nice and sweet. But as I looked up GM Mary had her outside and talking to very loudly tell this woman she was reading the orders back wrong. When the woman read my order she read it just fine. Mary the GM was wrong about do this in front of other people and wrong for tell her she was dumb. Now I am one of the grandchildren of Howard Edward Butts Sr the CEO of HEB and would have not have done that at all to anyone. That GM needs to be fired. But I know that will not happen.

Went into one booth, screen was out. Pulled in a second, screen was out. When finally came to ordering they were out of what I wanted. This place is going downhill.
