We placed an online order BEFORE 10:30 obviously we have to drive to the location and it was 10 minutes after. She spoke to me in the most hateful tone. I know she won’t be fired but she needs to be assigned a course on customer service. I’m sure they would never make her anything else than a MCDONALDS EMPLOYEE
