My order wasn’t even breakfast food, yet I was still able to place it and then had to wait an extra 30 minutes once I arrived. On top of that, I sat at the drive-through for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I eventually had to say “hello” just to get a response. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know the headset dings until someone answers — it exists to let employees know a car is waiting. Ignoring it is unacceptable. When someone finally responded, the employee was rude and immediately said they “don’t serve breakfast anymore,” even after I explained my order was only fries and a Frosty. I was then told they “weren’t even open,” which makes no sense considering the app said they were and allowed me to place the order. I work night shifts and was just trying to get food before going to sleep, but instead I wasted time and gas because of inaccurate online information, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. This whole situation could’ve been avoided.
