    Ordered Sonic blast and it's all vanilla ice cream with only a tiny bit of toppings on top, not mixed in, no extra despite paying for extra. It's not a one time thing, have given benefit of the doubt and multiple chances. They look nothing like the topping-loaded blasts advertised on the menu!

    The speakers weren't working, so a nice lady came to my car and took my order. The food was hot and good.

    Pretty much always good. Had to send Cheese Tots back for more cheese since we paid for 2X extra cheese. Out server was a little miffed.

    This place used to be my favorite sonic and now I have to beg for fresh cheese sticks that are cooked all the way through. Seriously.. the cheese sticks are never done all the way anymore. They also have a really hard time following instructions, I’ve ordered plain or took certain items off or I wanted something with easy toppings. ( When i ask for easy it’s like they load it up more ) . It comes back wrong, no biggie, I tell them so they can fix it and now it’s my problem bc I don’t have the receipt or remember what stall i was at. I don’t work there, I’m not gonna remember what stall i was at. I never understood why I had to beg them to fix my burger when it was stated “plain” on the sticker, and they still were being rude about it. This usually happens on the later shifts, the morning I rarely have issues. And when I do, they get fixed no problem without attitude. This place is only starting to be good for drinks and icecream sadly. And I noticed this change about 2-3 months ago, and judging by the recent reviews , I’m not the only one who feels this way
