What has happened to this location. I ordered 3 turkey sandwiches and each sub had 1 piece at best of turkey. Thate sandwiches were ALL bread. Very disappointing and do not recommend this location. I hope to hear back about my order.

I use to love coming here but now I think I’m going to go to another store I went my second time to get a tuna sandwich and I wanted wheat bread the first time they were out then today I went again and they were out again. How is this store out of wheat bread when they were only open for an hour

if I could rate it 0 stars I would , everytime I come my order is wrong the gm is constantly smoking cigarettes in her car and throwing them anywhere and uses profanity in front of my kids , always out of something the whole store smelt like pee and smoke when i walked in and VERY dirty and unorganized , carol is extremely rude and clearly does not care about anything as she did not help anyone the whole time i was there just went to her car and smoked .I also watched hed make tuna with NO GLOVES and she did not wash her hands . whole store needs to be closed down as they are always out of things and always say "something is broken" very poor service.

I work a big company and we order a bunch of sandwiches at least once a week and i even go on my own for lunch. Today me and co workers ordered order 4 sandwiches (2 of them being giant meals) Every one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. Now i’ve had my order made wrong 3 times in the past 2 weeks and every time i come back with the sandwich and ask for it to be remade. This time I called since i had just gotten back to the office and i let them know they were all made wrong the young man on the phone offered to refund them i asked “if i get a refund can i just pay to have them remade with that or can i get a remake instead” he lets me know that he will ask and i can hear the manager or shift lead girl in the back say no she has to choose a refund or a remake i’ll give her a $20 credit at most and when came back to the phone he said yeah we can remake it so we chose to get them remade he said okay we will see you soon. I drive all the way back to them and they let me know that they ran out of turkey and don’t have the materials to remake all of the sandwiches. So I said you know what I will take the refund instead the young man goes to the back asks the shift lead or manager who ever she is to come and give the refund. This girl was extremely rude, and not once did we receive any apology throughout the whole process. When she came out she didn’t even say hi or ask what happened just said “remake? do you have the sandwiches with you?” I said no we were getting them remade instead of refunded and you guys didn’t have the materials to remake them, she rolled her eyes and said okay i’ll refund it this time and proceeded to do everything else with an attitude- she said it will take up to 4 business days for a refund and nothing else. The young man was the only one who was nicer than the rest of the staff. The two girls on shift need an attitude adjustment.
