  Stopped by Jimmy John’s in Live Oak today around 3:45 and had such a great experience. The customer service was awesome — friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming. I had the Caesar wrap and my son had the Italian sandwich, and both were fresh and so good. It’s always nice when you can count on quality food and great service. We’ll definitely be back. Love supporting places right here in Live Oak that take care of their customers.

  ty and John helped me out with my order today! They walked me through it supper nicely and explained the entire menu and process . Great customer service, this is going to be my new local JJ for certain!

  I repeat check your balance before paying I was about to be charged nearly $17.00! For just a little John and chips no drink. When I asked for an itemization before paying she claimed oh simple error on our part. ABSOLUTELY NOT. That was clearly some fraudulent behavior. I was dressed down so may have appeared incompetent but she messed with the wrong customer. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO.

  Ty is wonderful! Made our delivery happen! The driver was also very kind when delivering. Wonderful place. Will purchase from again in store. Great service and fast. Cant rate atmosphere, did not enter.
