I took them back to the restaurant, asked for a manager, explained my burgers were undercooked. I even gave them grace because they had a promo going, so I understood they were a bit overwhelmed. Manager proceeded by tell the young lady to replace my order. I tried giving the previous order to the young lady(with receipt attached) but she said I could, so I discarded it. Several minutes later later while waiting on my order the manager walks up to me and ask for the receipt. I directed him to the garbage, he goes dumpster diving to retrieve it. He then asks me what is my order that I already placed. After several rounds of back and forth he finally says the order was cleared. I’m irate at this point so he gets explicits from me. Finally, order is being replaced. While waiting on my order I asked manager for his name ( no name tag)and corporate number, he refused his name stating I just cussed him out(warranted) and I just want to bad mouth him. He proceeded to give me some random number out his phone and advised me to call now. I was never given an apology for the inconvenience from this rude person that supposed to be a professional

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
