  I went in this morning to get my coffee and some breakfast. I don’t know the name of the person who made my coffee, but I knew right off it wasn’t correct. I go into this location every week and am always greeted with the utmost respect and I have always been very happy here. When I mentioned it didn’t look right (I should have taken pictures) she got very defensive. I asked her to please make it again because it looked like they put cream (which I cannot drink) instead of milk. She made another, slammed it down on the counter and never said a word to me. It was clearly a different color than the original. However, there was no sugar in the coffee. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was intentionally left off. I understand mistakes happen, but own up to it and offer to make it again. Not sure if I will be coming back here.

  First off, the general manager Amanda of this Dunkin has to be a joke. The blatant disrespect of her workers is appalling, especially having the nerve to scream and yell at them in front of customers, and even worse, having the nerve to scream AT customers, I witnessed a customer having an issue with a refund, and she said “it’s not my problem I can’t issue a refund” whilst yelling at the customer. Screaming at customers and coworkers is completely unacceptable considering customers are how she makes money, and her coworkers are how she gets the job done. I feel bad for anyone who works under her, and I strongly feel that higher management needs to take a deep look into this store. I am not the only one who thinks this, after witnessing Amanda yell at the customer and then her staff, a couple other customers in the lobby looked extremely uncomfortable and some even walked out.

  Always gets my order wrong, always forgets to put espresso in my drink or the cold foam, this place always disappoints
