  HORRIBLE!!! Food tasted as if it’s been sitting for hours, fries were BURNT, extremely too greasy to say the least. When I got my drinks and blizzards, no straws. no spoons. Oh & NO LIDS for the blizzards.

  On Wednesday I Ordered two blizzards one of them was a blue Oreo. It was sweeter than I thought it was, so I went inside to see if they can exchange it for a regular didn’t even eat from it. Just literally just tasted the blizzard. The manager had an attitude problem when I asked him if I can get an exchange he said it was my decision to pick that blizzard so I couldn’t get it exchange. He will only exchange it if they messed up on their end, but his tone was kind of rude needs more training in customer service could at least said no and that’s it.

  So usually a good DQ to go to but the last 2 times the food has not been so pleasing. It is a busy establishment however fries shriveled and cold (which shouldn't be if busy) and the fixens, lettuce, onion, fried jelopenos were soggy and old, SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED! 😡

  my husband and I stopped here to grab a little treat while we waited for our laundry to dry near by. I enjoyed my custom banana split so much with hard shell chocolate. My husband enjoyed his blizzard as well. We will go back until I fix my dryer. 😆

  Should be called what it is dairy melt. Waited 20 minutes in line for 2 ice cream and my Sunday was already liquid when I mentioned it to the employee they said or was because of the Carmel being hot but I wonder how long it seat there because the Carmel was not warm when I got it at least offer a solution domt just stand there and look at me like well sorry.
