  The works named Brianna, Kennedi and Peter took my order this morning and they were fantastic. Extremely friendly and very sweet. They made my order quickly!

  I was the only customer in Tropical Smoothie and it took them 5-10mins before even acknowledging someone was in the store. I went to the restroom but it was locked and the manager on duty was in it the entire time (assuming it was the M.O.D, because he was wearing a black collared shirt while the other staff members wore matching aqua blue tees) This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I will be going back to Smoothie King from now on.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experiences at Tropical Smoothie lately. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every visit has had an issue. The first time, my quesadilla wasn’t even melted it looked like it was barely warmed and just cut and thrown into the box. The second time, I ordered an açaí bowl and it had freezer burn and tasted old and nasty. When I brought it up, the general manager Ryan tried to tell me that’s just how they’re made, which is not true because I order these regularly and know what they’re supposed to taste like. I decided to give them another chance, and once again my order was messed up. I went back to request a refund, but was told only a manager could process it. I called the next day and was told the refund was handled but it never showed up. After waiting 3–5 business days (and even two weeks), still nothing. I called again, spoke to Ryan who said they escalated it and processed it again… and now it’s been a full month with no refund. At this point, it’s not just about the food quality it’s the lack of accountability and follow-through. I’ve been patient and understanding, but this is unacceptable. I also shouldn’t have to drive a whole 20 minutes to another tropical smoothie because they do amazing at their food quality.

  Ryan and the entire crew are the BEST! They always smile and greet you when you walk in! And they always ask how I’m doing, all while providing high quality, delicious food and smoothies. I’m thankful for this team and for this location for Tropical vibes!
