Today we ate there and got home and realized that we were missing a bag chips and there was ranch on my chicken wrap I said I didnt want. Last time, they gave us the wrong chips. We were tired and didnt want to drive all they way back down there. We have to constantly check behind them because its never right. Its fustrating

However, minus 2 stars because this specific location has repeatedly served me cold food. Even the breakfast wraps are atrociously cold, like they don't care. September 2025 update*** I'm a sucker for Biscoff cookie shakes, so when I saw that an apple pie Biscoff cookie shake was added to the menu, I succumbed to my vice for a fall drink. The shake is pictured with Biscoff cookie crumbs on top. I was given a shake with no Biscoff cookie in it at all whatsoever. I did get an individually wrapped Biscoff cookie on the side, but that's not the point. I could have spent that $8 to buy a pack of Lotus Biscoff cookies at the Walgreens across the street, rather than on this tall apple sauce with cinnamon slushy scam. Three strikes - I'm done with this location.
