The guy “Issac” throws them together and when I tell them they are terrible. He asked if I wanted another one. I proceed to give him the order but wants to charge me for the new smoothie. I threw out all the drinks and immediately asked for a refund. I used to live tropical smoothie but they have gone down hill in quality, service! Better off finding a small business to patronize. No wonder they have such low ratings

Today we ate there and got home and realized that we were missing a bag chips and there was ranch on my chicken wrap I said I didnt want. Last time, they gave us the wrong chips. We were tired and didnt want to drive all they way back down there. We have to constantly check behind them because its never right. Its fustrating
