  I have been to Nag’s kitchen quite many times and every time food is very decent.Best part here is they don’t use any food colors. Chicken dum biryani is awesome , I highly recommend to friends and family and worth visiting Nag’s kitchen.

  Extremely disappointed with the taste, we preordered mutton kunda pulao but they ended up making chicken kunda pulao making us wait 25 minutes to correct it . We ordered extra spicy fry piece pulav which was bland and the chicken tasted stale.

  We had a terrible experience here. They take forever to prepare food — even basic orders drag on endlessly. There was an anniversary offer going on, but no one mentioned it at billing, and they charged us full price for the biryanis. We asked for the Khaidhi Mutton Biryani — first they said it would be available soon, then kept adding “just one more hour” every time we asked. We waited way too long and still didn’t get what we wanted. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Definitely not worth the time or money. Food taste is ok.
