Also, despite claiming to be open 24 hours, anytime at night past around 2am they will simply refuse all online or mobile orders by saying "the computer is down", telling people with prepaid orders to cancel and leave with no recourse and often in a very rude tone. I am getting very sick and tired of being denied service after already paying or having my orders be incomplete when they do serve me.

My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff acted annoyed instead of apologizing. The food was also not up to standard — it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The dining area wasn’t very clean, and several tables hadn’t been wiped down. Overall, this visit did not meet the basic expectations I have for a McDonald’s. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.

There’s this one guy and girl that are extremely rude and always catchs an attitude towards every customer! I worked in fast food and know that customer service is definitely important and the way they talk to their customer is not okay! Also the worst food I have gotten from a McDonald which is crazy since every McDonalds has the same food 😂 I hope this store can get some help! I should be able to go to the closest McDonald without receiving attitude just for ordering lol.
