  I always have a problem with this location especially on that breakfast/daytime shift. I never have a problem with the overnight shift. The last straw was today. I went for breakfast and the parking lot was covered in trash. I continued to order because I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else as I didn't wanna be late for work. My breakfast sandwiches were hard as hell and burnt. I wish I took pictures of the burnt egg on the sausage and biscuit sandwich before I tossed it in the trash. They really need to close this location.

  I called and asked if the ice cream machine was working because me and my daughter wanted to get some late at night. Due to mcdonald’s ice cream machine not working properly most of the time, we wanted to make sure we didn’t waste a car ride + gas driving there and finding out the machine wasn’t working. So, my daughter called and asked if we could get ice cream at that hour and if the machine was working. We were left with a VERY rude reply and got hung up on. We then proceeded to call again and asked again if the machine was working and were not joking. We then got a lip smack and mumble and got hung up on, once again. It was obvious that the workers were either teenagers or young adults. We were left speechless and confused. Moral of the story is that the service here is super unprofessional.

  I went on this location. First of all the long hair guy was super rude . I ordered 2 mocha frappe. He gave me milkshake instead cuz the coffee was like water literally. The music was loud and they were least bothered about the customers waiting in the lobby. I requested for refund and the guy never knew how to do that. He kept on saying i can offer you something else but cant give you refund. Until the other guy came and initiated refund. Horrible customer service. I wish i could give them 0 stars.

  I placed an order at the speaker where I asked if they have the blue raspberry icee, The lady told me yes, When I got to the window, they handed me the frozen Coke so when I told them that I asked for the blue raspberry one, they said they’re all out so they can only give me Coke. I let them know that I did not want the Coke and I would prefer just getting a refund And the lady, I spoke to said she talked to the manager, and the manager said they cannot do a refund and will not do a refund. She said I can take a different drink or nothing. All of this occurred while I received dirty, looks through the window With my child in the car. I will be filing a complaint and speaking to corporate as this is not the first time this has occurred. For reference this occurred at 8:45 to 8:50 PM.

  Well, they got me again. With three other McDonald's nearby I know better than to visit this location, they mess up my order...every...dang...time. But my daughter is home sick and I'm trying to get food in her, and I'm in a rush so ok I'll risk it. At this point I think it's their business model, charging for things and not putting them in the bag because they know people aren't going to bother driving back just for an apple pie or something. I keep hearing about how this location has changed, they're much better, new management, whatever. Lies. This location is consistently the worst run McDonald's I've ever been to.
