  This place is always filthy. The guacamole is never mixed well. How hard is it to to wipe down the prep counter. When I got home with my bowl, the bag and bottom of the container was nasty. Little Elm Health Dept needs to inspect this place.

  I am extremely disappointed with Chipotle Mexican Grill - Little Elm. Almost every time I visit — no matter the day or time — multiple food trays are empty. It feels like they are always out of something. Customers shouldn’t have to keep adjusting their order because basic ingredients aren’t available. On top of that, the cleanliness is very poor. The counters are messy, the dining area is often dirty, and it doesn’t look like the staff is maintaining the place properly. It creates an unwelcoming and unhygienic environment. The customer service makes the experience even worse. The staff members are frequently rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Instead of being helpful when items are unavailable, they seem irritated when you ask questions. Most of the time, I end up wasting my time coming here. Either I leave without ordering or settle for something I didn’t want because so many items are unavailable. This location seriously needs better management, improved inventory control, and staff training on basic customer service. I will not be returning unless there are major improvements.

  This review is past due. I visit this Chipotle at least 2-3 times per month, sometimes more, and have never had a bad experience. The service is always friendly, and upbeat. They greet me when I walk-in, they’re always on point with portions and follow my directions for customizations. Tonight was no different. Jade (if I remember her name correctly) was friendly, and made sure I was satisfied with my order before she bagged it up. The young man who took my payment, thanked me for coming in and sent me on my way with a smile. No restaurant is perfect, nor are the people who work there, but this spot is consistently solid, and they continue to earn my business every time I walk through the door. Cheers.

  I come to this location very often and the the food and customer service is always excellent but today in particular I was having a hard day and just wanted to get food and go after a stressful day at work this young lady that took care of me was jazmyn and she was just graceful and kind that turned my whole day around thank you so much!.

  I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt and a lot of grace with it still being fairly new. The staff seem indifferent and do not care to be helpful. They’d rather chat and socialize than be efficient and proactive. The food is hit or miss but mostly miss. It’s usually low and you have no idea how long it’s been sitting there. Wha you get is either not cooked thoroughly or overcooked. The Eldorado location is worth the drive. There needs to be some corporate oversight because whoever is in charge is not managing it well.
