- SNSamantha NguyenNov 17, 20251.0I got pretty excited to have Chipotle open closer to home. First time trying it, the rice was uncooked. Okay it’s pretty new and they need time to train even it’s a franchise. I give it another try today in the afternoon after the lunch rush and only 1 customer in the store. I got the regular chicken bowl. The chicken is slightly on a salty side, the rice is still undercooked, I still can taste some raw part of rice. Is that too difficult for you to get rice cooked evenly? how could you keep messing up rice? So disappointed. Guess I have to drive a bit further for Cava.

The counter was full of food and grossness and then the guy threw my bowl straight into the grossness. 🤢

It was to the point where my kids and I almost couldn’t eat it when we got home with it. The Guac was also very oniony

The restaurant is clean, and the service is consistently great. Definitely one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve been to!
- MMMarleneOct 27, 20251.0Edit for today 11/6 I went in today and there was no meat really and the meat they had had been sitting. I asked for steak and there was like 6 lil stale pieces sitting so I asked for steak on the other side and they had none. The girl told me to wait 3 min for it. The tall boy came and emptied that meat into a Togo order and added some fresh steak she had just cut. I was like wow that’s crazy. Not only that he was touching his mouth and nose while talking to the other girl who was preparing my bowl. The tables were dirty and as I was leaving another boy walked in and sat right down at the table that had all the crumbs and trash out on it. I would not ever place a Togo order here EVER. Was excited to have it so close but both experiences have been awful! Tonight the corn was crunchy, the white rice was not done it was so hard I had my daughter take it back and get brown, the cilantro was loud and strong the whole bowl tasted like hard, crunchy, onion and peppers. It’s never hot and fresh if you ask me. The first time I went they were out of everything and the girl in the line was so rude. Tonight I didn’t get fajita veggies only meat rice sour cream lite corn and lettuce. So idk WTH happened but they need to go easy on the cilantro and lemon juice. Tonight just did it for me! I’ll rather go to the other location off Coit! Good luck
