  I have come to this chipotle countless times in the last couple years and I’ve generally had a pretty good experience. On my most recent visit tho, shit hit the fan. This bald old white guy that I have never seen working before made my burrito and did me so dirty. This dude put maybe half a scoop of chicken—not cool bro—I’m tryna hit my protein goals. Along with that, he was very hasty and not in a good mood. BUT IT GETS WORSE. After me there were two women around his age in line and he loaded their shit up and was super kind and outgoing towards them, bantering and making jokes. This is nuts. I have worked in the fast food industry before and I get it can be hard, but are you serious? Giving costumers more meat on their burritos and being friendly towards them, but disrespecting me??? Not cool bro.

  My burrito bowl was ice cold, including the toppings. It looks like the store isn’t keeping the food at the right temperature. I’ve never had a bowl this cold at any other location. It was a busy dinner time, but the service was good. The overall portion size was good, but the protein portion is still very small. They mostly fill the bowl with rice and beans.

  It’s sad because as nice as the employees were, I now understand why this location has bad reviews. They’re disorganized, have personal conversations while making the food and ringing up orders and both the person taking orders and the person ringing up the food left and started doing other things in the restaurant with a bunch of people standing in the line. We were all just waiting for them to come back. So no one was taking orders and no one was ringing up orders. They left their stations and started doing other things in the restaurant. This location needs someone to come in and help get these youngsters organized. Because they definitely have potential, but they lack leadership, direction and need to be organized. In the end I left with no food. I was so hangry too!

  We got a piece of plastic in the rice and we showed it to one of the lady working in the kitchen, she simply said “ oh that’s the bag it comes in a piece might have dropped in the rice” they didn’t acknowledge the mistake and very careless. This came in my kids meal, luckily he noticed and asked

  I never leave reviews but I had to just to say that if you can, I recommend going to a different Chipotle location. In the past few months every time I order from this location on DoorDash or even if I go in to the store, the rice is not cooked. I don’t know how they can keep doing that since it’s probably a health code violation to give people uncooked rice. It’s always really hard and never soft. I think it’s only been fully cooked once or twice from this location, out of like 10 times in the past six months. I’ve been eating Chipotle for 10+ years so I know this isn’t normal. Just wanted to do my part and let anyone who sees this know that this location consistently has this problem. Anyway I hope they fix it because it’s the closest location to me currently.
