ALWAYS have a problem with this location, whether it’s due to almost 2 hrs wait for delivery to watching the team members laugh, joke and play around while sitting waiting to receive my order. Manager called and said since I was cashing in a reward order there wasn’t much he could do for refund. I’ve done this job at a high level……it’s not hard so excuses don’t hold much weight for me. They’re so bad in lindale I’ve been settling for docs just so I don’t have any bs. Standard has to be higher do better!
