The workers dont seem to enjoy their job. Orders are always wrong. Service is slow & once they finally bring you your food they are not smiling or giving a pleasant greeting. Everything is rushed and inaccurate orders . Management need to know of more issues such as this. They will make it right but you have to share your experiences. The way I see it, how many times you gotta keep reporting the same issues to Management b4 you just decide to not go anymore .

The worst ever.sit there for 45 minutes and never got my order because the manager took it off and said she took two more orders but I never left that stall,I sit there ..this happening 4/4/2026....BAD SERVICE at liberty tx sonic

They ignore customers. leave them waiting over an hour before they even take the order, and then after waiting even longer they dont bring your order out. And to top it off they are extremely rude

The stalls don’t take your card payment. The food does not come out timely. We got a shake and it was melting and received no straw. Our food was cool after the wait like the forgot to serve us. Sadly will not return as the value was terrible.

This place is awful. I ordered cherry limeade slush on accident and asked if I could get a regular cherry limeade I wasn’t worried about the price difference if any. They told me no and then ask me if I still wanted my order after I had paid for it already on the app. No customer service. Then the guy that brings out our food couldn’t even make eye contact after his dumb question.
