I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, everything was wrong—the sandwich had raw meat and included pickles and onions even though the receipt showed they weren’t supposed to be on it. There was also no one at the register helping other customers, who were left waiting. The cashier was rude, chewing gum and acting annoyed with customers. When I explained the issue, the manager eventually gave me a refund after another five minutes but was very unprofessional. If I could, I wouldn’t leave a star at all.
