Today I was in Liberty County running errands and needed lunch, so I chose Mr. Sombrero based on previous Google reviews — and let me tell you, the reviews did not lie. The covered patio with the warm wooden beams, terracotta tile floors, and colorful murals gives you that relaxed, sun-washed Mexican courtyard feeling. Inside, the rustic wood, tile accents, and that massive tortilla machine on display remind you this isn’t fast food — this is operation. This is volume. This is rhythm. You can feel the heartbeat of the place. Pro tip: always, always, always ask the service staff what their favorite dish is — or what’s the most popular. They know.
