    If I order food online/using an app, I do it for the convenience. I need to order my food, be able to pick it up, and head to wherever I need to go. Luckily this time I checked my order while still in the store and was able to notify the staff that my order was incorrect. Unlike the last time I ordered from this place and got home and discovered my order was incorrect. Customer service could’ve been better when trying to rectify this situation especially since I was the one inconvenienced.
