  Just picked up my order on a Sunday night. They were training a new employee, which is completely fine. I also didn’t mind waiting, but the drive-thru wait was almost an hour, even though there were only about four cars including mine. What bothered me was the lack of basic acknowledgment. A simple “sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way, but there was none. It felt like they didn’t really care, even after such a long delay during a non-busy time.

  If I could give it less I would. Every time we come here it takes so long to get our food. Multiple times I’ve ordered online and showed up at the time or a few minutes after the time the app says it will be ready only to stand around and wait 10-15 mins additional. No one knows what they are doing here. This order is of course 10 mins after the time it was suppose to be ready at.

  We placed an online order. Arrived and waited in the (extremely dirty) lobby. Received notification our order was ready. Walked to the counter and were told they were running behind by about ten minutes. Odd, but okay. Waited another 15 minutes and walked back to the counter. We were then told they couldn’t find or order in the system. Eventually said the found the order and would remake it, moving our order to the front of the line. Waited another 35 minutes before finally receiving our order, just to find out we were missing almost 1/3 of what we ordered. Over 65 minutes waiting in the lobby. Got home (seven minute drive) most of the food was cold, hard shell tacos were soggy and split in half. Horrible experience. Won’t be back!

  Came here tonight to pick up after ordering online. I arrived at 7:00pm waiting in the drive thru for 45 min (it was not that busy and there were multiple employees inside so not a shortage of staff.) I finally get to the window for my order and they hadn’t even started it yet so had to wait for them To make it. It’s now 8pm and I’m just now leaving with my food. No apologies for the delay to them the hour turnover seemed to be the norm.

  Went inside and ordered my food this evening and what I got and brought home wasn't no where near what I ordered and when I called I was told to bring it back and they would remake my order. It's 9pm at night and it's a 15 minute drive. Needless to say they screwed me and got my money too because I'm not driving back up there. I will never eat at this establishment again. Waste of my money and time.
